The cut-off date for making room reservations at the convention rate of $209 has passed (Wednesday, January 18, 2018).

For changes or cancellations to an existing reservation, either reference the link on your Hotel Reservation Acknowledgement email or call the Omni reservations department at 1-800-843-6664.

Suites

Rates for suites are available upon request. Arrangements for hospitality suites should be made directly with the Omni Hotel by calling Diana Salazar at 817-350-4038.

Cancellations

Reservation deposits are fully refundable if canceled 24 hours prior to arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Hotel Parking

Valet parking is $25 per day (unlimited in/out privileges). 

Self-parking at garage next door is $22 per day. (Cannot be billed to room)

Hotel Services & Dining

Guest services include a spa, concierge desk, business center and complimentary full service fitness center open 24 hours. Dining options include Cast Iron Restaurant, Bob’s Steak & Chop House, Whiskey & Rye, Wine Thief and Starbucks.
